1080p gaming rig advice

Hi all, upgrading from my i5 2500k to a ryzen 5 2600 build and would like some component advice please, only thing coming over from my old build is my nvidia 970GTX.

 

Basically this will be for gaming only at 1080p at 60hz, planning an upgrade to 144hz 1080p monitor in the future and a graphics card upgrade in 2-3 years, most likely a 2060 or 2070 series GPU, I also usually run 10ish chrome tabs on a second monitor with youtube or twitch running whilst I game.

 

My Questions are:

 

What is a quality budget B series motherboard?

 

Will 3000hz ram play nicely with the 2600?

 

Will a 500w Bronze PSU be ok for this build?
