So, I've been dealing with this for the past year or so I had my CPU Been bottle necking on a lot of games/programs.

Be it Miscreated/Apex Legends/Call of Duty/PuBG/SteamVR/9Dragons/Escape from Tarkov. Just a whole slew of games.

I have replaced the ram, re-formated my PC, Reseat parts in my computer and It hadn't changed anything.

Nothing I have done is overclocked its set by standard, I even check voltage on my bios and did test runs with various programs ask me as you will, I cannot figure out how to fix this.

My PC Specs are..

CPU - I5 7600k

GPU - EVGA GTX 970

PSU - Corsair 1000Watt PSU

RAM - G.Skill 16GB 2666

Mobo - Asus Crosshair Prime Z270-A

OS - Win 10 64bit

I check temperatures an they werent in threatening levels for my pc as well. Though, when I download something like persay steam for instance. It does chunk CPU usage as well.

Did you check your system for malware, or bloatware that could take up the CPU's run time?
