Gigabyte GTX 1660Ti Windforce OC 6G or EVGA GTX 1660 SUPER SC ULTRA GAMING

So, I'm in the process of trying to upgrade my graphics card and am stuck on whether I should buy the 1660 Ti or 1660 Super (the gigabyte 1660ti is the dual fan version). My PC is using an i7-4790 and I'm looking to be able to play most games on anywhere from high-ultra settings at at least 45+ fps. The difference in price is currently £23 ($29.73 as of the time this is being posted). In case you were wondering my current GPU is a AMD Radeon R9 280X but it doesn't seem to be working very well and could be faulty, but i was considering an upgrade anyway. Replies are greatly appreciated, thanks!

I would go super because its pretty much the same performance but cheaper.

so 1660Ti is 10% more expensive? Get 1660 Super. Even if you overclock them to the max (1660Ti will gain more performance as its memory started out slower and memory bottlenecks more than on 1660S) it's no 10% difference.
