any feedback on my first video editing/ gaming/ streaming/ basic 3d build?

Hello, just looking for any feedback on this pc, as well what do you guys think is the best time to buy? cyber monday? christmas/ boxing day ( im in canada) ?

looking to do video editing and some basic after effects and 3d stuff. As well, maybe recording some lets plays with my partner, so i'd like it to handle running a game decently while recording it on OBS. definitely don't need it to look nice or be flashy, just looking for something that will perform.

im totally new to this, especially lost when it comes to trying to find a case and cooler? i'm also getting the note on PCPP : "Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders." - how do i go about checking this?

Thank you!

thanks gloop, my budget is arouund the $2000-$3000 ( CAD) range. so there's definitely so leeway if you see any parts that could be swapped for better value-performance!
