120hz or better ntsc ?

i am thinking about purchasing either asus tuf fx505dt or asus ROG strix G core

tuf have 120hz screen & 45% ntsc 
rog one does not mention about the srgb or ntsc in product description but i found some websites which claim 130% srgb & 98% ntsc 

my budget is around 70k indian rupee but my choose of brand is limited to asus or dell because of bad or no after sales service by other brands

what do you think which one should i pick ? or should i wait for 10th gen laptops ?
