My pc used to run perfect  but know even typing this it's not running good at all. every time I play a game even if its a old game from 2013 it runs so bad if anyone knows a fix or think they can help me it would be appreciated.  (my GPU drivers are updated already too)

Any useage date? What's your cpu idle load? What's your cpu and gpu temps? What kind of drive is the game installed on?

sounds like an issue with windows at first, have you tried installing windows fresh, if possible?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

but why do you think it would be bad know it ran good for 4 years

windows gets corrupted over time

although it's not certain that this is the problem, serious performance can get screwed over by stuff like capacitor degradation on the motherboard

Just to confirm, didn't you update BIOS\UEFI by any chance ?

Another possibility is some coinminer virus, check task manager for any unusual load.

how often do you need to update your bios because that might be it I haven't updated it in a while
