help setting up dual pc and elgato stream setup

Hey!

as the title says I'm having a lot of trouble setting up my 2 pc + elgato(hd60s) stream setup. Im having multiple problems like I want to play my games in 144hz but the elgato only captures in 60hz and when duplicating monitors it seems to lock it at 60hz, or my elgato capture just not showing up in obs at all, and finally help setting up voicem

can anyone help me set up a dual pc + elgato (hd60s) streaming setup? I have multiple problems like 144hz monitor vs 60hz capture(I just want gameplay at 144hz and recording at 60hz. Also my gpu is amd and the guides are using nvidia cards so im struggling there), monitor just not showing up on obs capture at all, and just help setting up voicemeter (banana or potato, I don't know which is better).
