How do I get a stable ram OC?

Previously I posted that I got a new set of rams with b-die rated at 3000 cl16, so I tried to OC at same cl16 to 3200 but once in Windows it failed. Some suggested that its a crappy binned b-die which seems to be true. The voltage was same as before, 1.35V.
