I think the Amour OC is better because it has a larger cooler and larger fans, therefor more silent operation.

I have eyes  

JK. I just look at the sizes in the picture and from previos expirences I can deduct the best card. So it's basically an enhanced guess

so bigger = better? what about that gigabyte i linked, is 3 fans > 2 ?

The Gigabyte card is better in terms of performance but it has smaller fans and more of the so noise will be worse.

i dont think i like the evga due to no backplate, but is it better than MSI? im gonna buy 1 of these

I'm gonna say MSI because of the bigger fans and heatsink.
