Hi guys! New to the forum, I wanted to ask which configuration of RAM will give me the best performance for gaming with a Ryzen 5 3400G? In my country 1x8GB is much cheaper than 2x4GB. Therefore, I have to decide between a cheaper, single channel CL15 3000MHz and a dual channel CL16 2666MHz memory.

Thanks in advance,

Milan

dual channel 2400Mhz CL 15 is better than single channel 3200Mhz CL14.

So I would definitely suggest dual channel 'slower' memory over single channel 'faster' memory.

Not taking in account you might be able to overclock the memory speed.
