How to play games on laptop without getting CPU's clock drop in cycle

My laptop is very lag while I'm playing a game at medium setting
The clock is dropped and went up in a cycle
I played a very simple game (Roblox) and using X509FJ laptop to play with medium setting and it shouldn't be that lag

I tried to pull max power consumption battery but didn't work 

So I just wonder if anyone can give me a solution..
