Best SSD for 2 TB?

I currently have a 1 TB 660p Intel nvme for my computer and I'm wanting to update or upgrade. I don't think I understood how slow QLC gets around the 75% mark. I'm debating getting a 2nd 1 TB 660p putting the two in Raid 0 to create more cache space. Would that be a better option or go with a different brand for a better cache? I used to have a Samsung 850 Pro and I don't think I ever went lower than 500mbps. With the 660p, it's been about 100mbps with it so full.

I could, but could I do Raid with a 660p and 665p?

I know for raid, you generally want the same hard drive. But does anyone else know if the differences in a 660p and 665p would make it that raid would not work as well?
