Need Help with a Build under 1k

Hello Guys and Gals, im currently looking for a new PC since my old one is not salvagable.
It should be able to run Lost Ark, Blade and Soul, League, some Blizzard Games (soon Diablo 4) and some upcoming MMORPGS with a decent framerate and good-max settings.
I am able to build it myself, but i have no clue about what parts would be recommended for such a pc.
My limit would be around 900 Euro (which should be 990 Dollar) but if possible lower.

No clue if raytracing-able cards are more "future proof" than others.

I would love to be able to keep it for a long time, since i dont have a lot of money to spend on luxury stuff. Because of a pretty shitty medical history i do a lot of things on there to take the mind of things.

If you could help me out id really appreciate it.

Thanks for the reply, it shows some compability issues. Will i have to change anything on it before actually being able to use it 100 % ?
