Any Advice On A GPU in Late 2019?

Hello all, I haven't really been keeping track with any of the newer PC hardware in the last few months because I just don't have the time. I'm looking to upgrade from an RX 580, and looking to pair a mid/higher end GPU with a Ryzen 3600. The only thing I really know is that NVIDIA has been releasing A TON of unnecessary cards that just keep making deciding on a GPU even harder. Any Ideas on the best value graphics card for games in 2K like GTA? I'm currently looking into an RX 5700 XT.

GTA 5 could be fine with RTX 2060 Super (2060S), but for 1440p gaming overall the RX 5700/XT or 2070 Super are the best priced choices. Dont buy these RTX cards for RTX raytracing stuff though, wait for next gen cards in that case.

depending on the budget rx570, 1660 super, 5700/x, rtx cards are the best bang for buck
