how companies justify their graphics card prices

what are the factors companies use to justify raising the prices of their graphics card? for example, asus strix model is 1250 and evga is 1500. i know that theyre overclocked at different speeds and their cooling system are factors. are there any other factors that drive the price higher or lower?

A lot of intangible factors like warranty and support play a role in this.

-How much better or quieter the cooler design is over the stock or "founders" design
-How much RGB bling or fancy 3-fan design they can jazz it up to make it "gamery" looking

-How much they can factory overclock it to unlock extra performance and junk
