Best 144hz 1ms monitor for 300$?

Hello! 

As black Friday is current going on I have been actively searching for a replacement for my current monitor which I feel isn't up to par with what I want anymore. As it is black Friday i'm hoping to get the best bang for my buck (preferably on sale) on a monitor. I am looking for a monitor that is at least and has a 1ms response time (Unless you can persuade me otherwise). My computer has a 1070 SC so I am hoping for more of a 27in 1440p monitor with those specs (Not going to use the 1440p for gaming until I have a new card mostly just productivity). 

If it helps I mostly play FPS games (Mostly R6 Siege) (Also looking for ELMB Sync if possible)

I'm in the same boat as you... just waiting on those awesome Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals or buy a  monitor.

So far, I've narrowed down the search to the top 3 (IPS panel, low (1-5ms) RTime, 144Hz RRate, 1440p Res, 27") monitors under or close to $300:
