Conventional wisdom is check the PSU teir list in the PSU subforum, then cross reference by price. 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

True “Black Friday sale” doesn’t mean the US anymore.  Or it does, but people outside the US  appear to be affected by it.  There was a guy the other day actually IN China who only bought stuff in China who was asking a similar question about mice and keyboards

Well if you want to shop in Aussie dollars then you’re in luck.  PcPartPicker speaks Aussie dollars and iirc last I looked the Australian version still had pricing on it.  You got a shopping spider you can use.  Maybe.
