Hey guys,

I'm building a new PC and I'd like to get a 32GB system.

I want to get 3700x and B450 mobo.

Every B450 I've looked at so far says it supports 2x8 or 1x16, up to 64GB...

Is there any B450 mobo I'm missing?

Other options:

- x570 (some of them)

- 2 sets of 2x8 (but I won't be able to upgrade to 64GB ram)

For some reason I confused dual rank and dual channel. fml

From my experience it's quite standard a (AM4) motherboard supports 16GB DIMMs.

e.g. the B450 Tomahawk MAX, just as an example:

You could only achieve 64GB with 4 DIMMS if you use 16GB DIMMs each.

Or do you mean you want to use 32GB DIMMs?
