Hello, late last night when I was playing Star wars jedi fallen order my gaming pc suddenly died without any warning. I just heard a small click sound and now my system is completely dead.

My motherboard still lights up but the system is not even trying to start up again when i use the power button.

Can this be a power supply failure?

I know that my cpu and gpu have not overheated because they are running stable at 70c all the time. I have also checked all the connections in the pc and everything is fine.

I am so worried because the system is only 7 months old and it cost me 3000$. I have built most of it myself so there is no warranty who will cover my repair expenses either ? Some advice would be much appreciated

There is still warranty on each component you bought,

It might be the power supply but it's best to check each component individually with a known working system.
