[Canada] ASUS VivoBook 15.6 for work/school

Hi,

 

My laptop broke and I need a new one. I only use it for office work and school, so the only programs I'll be running are Microsoft Office and Google Chrome

512GB SSD, 12GB of RAM, 1080p display, is the  R5-3500U a good CPU?

I won't be doing any gaming whatsoever on the laptop

 

Is this a good deal, or can I get something better for around the same price?

I live in Canada and don't want to spend more than 600-800$
