Sometimes system won't boot, shows black screen

When i power on my system sometimes it won't boot it just shows a black screen and my mouse and keyboard don't get powered. When it does boot it shows a bios screen that says "restore bios setting " and it tells me to press f1 to go to the bios or f2 to load normal cmos settings

When you ask a question in any forum, people do not know who you are and what you have.
So please be as elaborate as possible in this case please add system specs. ;)
 

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)
