Need a 75hz (1080p) free-sync capable HDMI switch

so, I have my Xbox and laptop sitting on my desk and want both connected to my monitor witch only has one HDMI. the monitor is 75hz 1080 and free-sync. I need a HDMI switch that will support both of those. or a simple cheap solution to have both PC and Xbox connected to the monitor at the same time with out loosing features.

 

Also I am gonna just jump out in front of this and say I already tried connecting the PC via the HDMI input on the Xbox and that made the video quality of the laptop strait garbage. So that is not an option.
