How to get my ram running at 3200 MHz

Go to solution Solved by Windows7ge,

Every BIOS is different and I can't pull up your manual right now but what you want to locate and enable is a setting called X.M.P. this will get your RAM going at its rated speed.

I have a GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS MASTER and 2X G.Skill Trident-Z 8GB 3200MHz RGB DDR4 Ram. I recently discovered that my rams are running at only 2133 MHz. So, how do I get my ram running at 3200 MHz? I have no experience with bios settings and overclocking. In fact this is my first pc. So, please help me with as much details as possible. Thanks in advance.
