When I connect to a WiFi that requires additional action on my android 4.0 device. After that, since it requires additional action, I cannot see a page open up to require additional action. If I go into the browser, it opens the link, and after that, it says that connection not established. Someone please help me with this. It is inconvenient when I am on the go, and need to connect to free WiFi.

Are you talking about open Wifi that is setup that you have to open the browser and "agree to terms and services"? If so, sometimes it doesn't load properly. Try going to routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 it usually triggers the proper page to open. For some odd reason, even a site like google.com doesn't work due to a security certificate issue.

Usually the way I force the login is http://www.msftconnecttest.com/redirect since that is what Windows 10 uses natively
