New Build - Just Reboots 10 Seconds Into Windows

Hey all, I just put together a new build (specs below) and installed Windows 10 Pro. After the installation and initial OS setup, I can't stay inside Windows longer than 10 seconds. After logging into my account (sometimes even on the login screen), the whole system itself shuts down and restarts. It doesn't blue screen or show the "Windows is restarting" screen. It just acts like it lost power and starts right back up. This then loops until I pull the power cord out. The couple of times that I was able to stay inside Windows long enough to get it to reboot into safe boot showed me Kernel Power 41 errors in the event viewer. Something to note, leaving the computer in the BIOS screen or in Windows Safe Mode does not cause this problem to occur. I'll list all the troubleshooting steps I've taken and I have a new power supply on the way that I'm going to try (Corsair 80+ Gold, 850W), but if anyone has any other troubleshooting step I can take, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Specs

CPU: Intel Core i7 9700K

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i Pro RGB

Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390M Gaming Edge AC
RAM: Corsair LPX 32GB (2x16GB) 3200Mhz

GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 XC ULTRA GAMING

PSU: Corsair 80+ Bronze 750W

SSD: Samsung 1TB EVO Something... (I forgot the model name)

HDD: Western Digital 1TB Black Enterprise

I've used the graphics card on my previous system with no problems. Same with the 750W PSU. Both of those were purchased 2-3 weeks before the rest of the parts so they're all brand new.

EDIT: I've been using the SSD and HDD for a long time and I highly doubt that they're the problem. The SSD was purchased earlier this year and the HDD I've had for several years now.

Troubleshooting Steps I've Done

- Boot the system without the GPU installed, same problem

- Boot the system with only one stick of RAM, tested each slot, tested each stick separately, same problem

- Upgraded the BIOS to the latest stable version and the latest BETA version, same problem

- Temps in BIOS are <40C so the heatsink, I assume, is in place and working properly

- Reinstalled Windows, same problem

- Reinstalled Windows and let Windows install the drivers, same problem

- Reinstalled Windows and installed the chipset, WiFI, bluetooth, and Ethernet drivers from Intel's website, same problem

Funny thing is, I was able to stay inside Windows after the initial install to get the drivers installed, after the reboot required by the installers, the problem started happening. If I can stay in normal Windows for long enough to do the Shift+Restart (what in the actual fuck?!) to get to safe mode, then this problem does not occur in safe mode.

I'm hoping the new, higher wattage PSU and the UPS I'm going to use will solve the problem but if ya'll have any other ideas, let me know.
