Corsair ironclaw RGB wireless Dongle issue

It seems now when I boot up my PC today, it appears the Dongle won't work with my mice. I am currently in USB mode to get here and use the mice for now. Any clue why it does this?

Oh! Usually it pops right up as soon as the software detects something fishy.

 

If you never got a error code. It might be something with the hardware.

In iCue did you go up to settings select the mouse and do the USB Wireless Receiver Pairing? Also check for Firmware update.

The current version is 0.11.80. The update has 1.11.50. Is it new?

WAIT. It works now! all I had to do was pair up and it restores back the function again. wtf was that?

Its possible it just simply just lost its link for some reason. 

 

As far as the firmware versions each mouse is different, so not sure. I have the harpoon wireless and i have different v#'s than you but when i try to update it says its up to date.

also one more thing. The last time I update my ironclaw was I had to go into safe mode in order to successfully update the firmware. Why is that?
