Looking for a 2 in 1 laptop:

Uses:

1. Heavy Solidworks
2. VR Development
3. Sketching
4. Some Gaming

Requirements:

1. 360° Hinge, or detachable
2. Touch (Self explanitory with the last item)
3. Pen compatable
4. CPU (Open to recommendations) I7 or I9 9th gen and up or latest gen Ryzen 7 or 9
5. GPU (Open to recommendations) 1650 (1060) equivelent or greater
6. 8gb+ (nice to have 12+GB) RAM
7. At least 256gb (nice to have 512gb) of non HDD storage
8. At least 1 lightning
9. ~15in or less 
10. Under $2000

I think the Microsoft Surface Book 2  (15" Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512 GB) would be your best bet.

those are very tight requirements. very VERY few laptops have those options. 

i think your best bet would be xps 15 2-in-1 or surface book. 

none of these are good gpu performers unless you pay MUCH more.
