Hey i got a Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Controller Phantom White Special Edition and when i conect it to my main computer it doenst work correcely.

 

What do i mean by that is when im using the controller my game freezes and drops fps like crazy, and the controller itself disconnects  making it unplayable, but when i connect it to my laptop it works fine i dont know whats wrong and its frustrating me.

Try updating the drivers or reinstalling the drivers.

 

MSI will have the drivers on their site for the motherboard.

Already did that multiple times, and just to be sure i did it now again and it still persists
