Benq Zowie xl2411p cant get 144hz with displayport

alright have been using this display for about 2 and a half months and noticed i have been on 60hz and there is no 144 hz option when i was playing around with nvidia control panel. Using displayport 1.2 , gtx 1060 , intel g4560 and my motherboard is Asrock H110M-HDV
