Windows update high disk usage on non-os drive

As the title says I'm updating windows 10 right now and for whatever reason It appears to be searching my 2nd drive. Photos show this. I REALLY dislike that my 2nd drive is being scanned when I update. Sketchy stuff. Any tips? I would like it if I could not have this happen especially since my network taps S (send) normally is sitting at 0 meaning Microsoft is sending data thats being scanned. Of course that amount is too small to actually be sending my files its still annoying. 5.png.3e95055ac5abdb6b23f1a341900a648e.png6.thumb.png.58039eabe106a6cface03061d40a21d3.png

Disconnect it.

You could possibly also just offline the drive from Disk Manager and online it again after. Should remount.

I don't have an explanation as to why it's doing what it's doing besides maybe a scrub, garbage collection, or defrag but it's likely not Windows Telemetry related.
