Planing on building a Ryzentoch HELP

I am planing on building a ryzen build with OS X

mojave, but im not sure if the video card that I will buy would work. Im in kind of a budget already and im planning on getting just a

Nvidia gt710 because it is supported with mojave as listed on the gpu guide for hachintosh but im not really sure if it really works. Thanks

Procs: Ryzen 5 2600x

Board: gigabyte aorus B450 pro wifi

GPU: NVIDIA gt710

Ram: 8 GB ddr4 teamgroup

Yes and no.

 

The wifi card on that board wont, the gpu will though.

If you plan on hackintoshing, go with an Intel chip. It's so much easier and well supported compared to the AMD side.

 

I have an AMD hackintosh and it was a huge bitch to set up.

Get the 2600, its the exact thing as the x with different factory clock.  Your b450 board will let you make it into an x with a few clicks.  Also, the x does not come with a cooler if I remember correctly.  Also, the WiFI card on that board definitely works, not sure what that other guy is going on about.  Also, you can use a sapphire pusle rx 580 for mojave.

A good intel cpu to pair it with if you go that route would probably be the 9400f.  If you live near a micro center you can get it for $130 and get an additional $30 off your motherboard.
