Dropping Frames on Low Settings in Overwatch

Just like the title says, i'm dropping frames down to 110 FPS when I shouldn't be dropping that low (or so I think).

 

I have an RX 580, Ryzen 2400g, and 8GB of RAM. This SHOULD be more than enough to run the game on low settings and stay on the 150 FPS cap I placed.

it depends on what map and how many character models are in each frame so it can drop frames a ton sometimes or gain a ton to

i play warthunder and my frames are super high when im not around other tanks but when i am it can drop 20+ (sometimes more if theres alot of tanks) frames do to complex character/ non-static entity models

That does make sense but still, I really think I shouldn't drop all the way down to 110

uhh whats your ram speed

and uh you might not be able to get 150 fps on games with hardware like that

3000 Mhz 

I only care about getting at least 144 fps in online games, I could less about high fps in story games
