Upgrading laptops LCD panel (Clevo/Sager/Eurocom)

Hey LTT think-tank!

Looking for some leads on an upgrade for my 2015 build 17.3" Eurocom Sky x6 (Clevo P770DM/Sager NP9778 chassis).  Was hoping to price out an upgrade panel to boost my refresh rate to 120hz or 144hz, but keeping it to 1920x1080 res.  Trouble I'm having is I'm not entirely sure what to look for as far as compatibility when shopping around.  Brand name means nothing to me, just looking for a good "bang for your buck" option.
