So I build my new pc with Vega 56, installed a fresh 2019 October Windows and latest AMD drivers. My monitor resolution is 1680x1050 (it's an old one, didn't want to spend too much money at once), but GPU sees it like 1280x720 monitor. So I manually created a custom profile inside AMD Radeon Settings with resolution 1680x1050 but it is too big for the screen. And when using custom profile there is no HDMI adjustment.. All drivers are updated and everything is latest version, where the problem could be?

Specs are: Ryzen 5 2600 + Vega 56
Monitor is BenQ FP222W H

Every help would be really appreciated!
