is it bottlecking? my psu is not enough?  im planing to get a ryzen 5 2600

That sounds about right.  8320e has about half the performance of a 2600.  Passmark implies You’re nice and cpu bound there.  Not a very accurate number of course, but probably accurate enough for this.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

An FX 8 core should be able to get 100fps without an issue in that game, what settings were you at? should run 720p low or something to max out the CPU.

did you do a fresh install of windows?

Then just run the game at lower settings, start with the lowest settings at 1080p

It can, but I’m not sure your CPU can.  That’s what CPU bound means.  I wonder if the game maybe changed some settings automatically when it saw the 590.

that CPU can do at least 90-100fps average in battlefield 4

By running it at the lowest settings you can see if it's a CPU issue, or GPU/Driver/Windows issue.

no idea why a 750 would get higher fps.

Yesssss... Depending on the settings.  This was the point I thought you might be making.  That his settings changed.

maybe it would get more fps because of the botteneck

That's not how bottlenecks work, that CPU can get 100fps regardless of the GPU, probably try reinstalling windows, trying different drivers, and seeing how it does in other games.

The replied to post field is empty in your reply to @madbutcher94 so I’m not sure what you are referring to by saying this.  To test this, I will ask complicated annoying questions.  I apologize in advance.

annoying question:

Would it be more accurate instead  of saying “that CPU can get 100fps regardless of GPU” to say that “when settings are lowered enough even a CPU such as the fx8320e can generate 100fps”? or do you mean that “settings are irrelevant to CPUs and an fx8320e can generate 100fps for that game regardless of settings because those are affected only by GPU”? Or are both of these incorrect?

just trying to figure out what you are saying here.

There may be some CPU heavy options, but outside of those if you had a 2080ti you could do 4k gaming on it without issue.
