No UEFI Boot Option Available, plus other issues.

I recently installed a brand new Ryzen 2700X onto my mobo with a new RX 580. I can't seem to get into the UEFI, when i open up HWinfo64, it states no uefi boot is present on my mobo. How can i rectify the situation?

Also, the RX 580 doesnt work in the first pci-e slot, only the second at the bottom.

mobo is an MSI Tomahawk B450

Check your BIOS for TPM settings. Try to do a hard reset on your MOBO with your CMOS battery taken out, short the power prongs and then check for the EUFI file destination, it could be that you formated the partition that contained it on your ? Drive. If that is the case, you will need to reinstall Windows as to re-install secure boot.
