How quickly does LTT Store support generally get back to you?

Hey guys, 

I made a dumb move when ordering some merch and didn't realize that although I have my current address on there, the order is set to ship to my old address 2 hours by car from me. I emailed support and it hasn't been that long, but I have found very little information on how fast they respond and I need to make sure its before the order actually ships. The few posts I have seen on it have said something like 1-2 weeks to respond which seems... Unhelpful.

Can anybody with some experience shed a little bit of light on this for me?

you have to realize that linus himself is always late for even his regularly schedules wan show

who knows how he is in real life with being on time, but i'd think hes late for quite a lot of things in his life, thats my guess.

1-2 weeks to respond? Even 1-2 Days would put my patience to the test.

You think the ceo of a company is the one working the support for merch? Not a chance.

 

Also you shouldnt compare him being late to a small podcast to his other duties. Esp considering hes probably late for the podcast due to his other duties. In terms of importance the wan show being on time should not be priority.

 

Basically everytime i see a post from you its you taking shots at ltt. Why are you here then? Seems like you dont like the channel.
