an Ultra wide for Photo editting & gaming

So I'm in the market for a new ultra wide monitor with a few very specific requirements.

any suggestions would be great

1. true 10 bit colors - not 8+ bit
2. good color accuracy . 85%+ of adobe RGB
3. 100-144hz - but not too picky on hitting 144 but over a 100 is what am aiming for (right now I have a 60hz monitor overclocked to 72hz)
4. Ultra wide, after going ultra wide cant go back
5. up to 800$

two additional things that are great but optional

1. HDR - I work in a dark environment so even HDR 400 is fine
2. 1440P

For those wondering right now am using a 1070TI, and i don't play super demanding games mostly.
