Does anybody know how i could create this build? Most mini itx motherboards have only one PCIE connection but this build they use extra pcie capture cards cards. Do they use m.2 to pcie? Does anybody has any idea any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advanced

They probably use a PCIe 3.0 16x riser that splits into 2 PCIe 3.0 8x slots.

Please mention or quote me if you want a response. :)

Are you sure it's not some USB 3 capture card connected into a usb 3.0 header?

Also, you can buy  pci-e switch things ... you insert it in a pci-e x8 or x16 and it takes the 8-16 lanes and creates multiple slots.

The cheapest are pci-e x1 to 2..4 x1 slots  ex: https://www.amazon.com/Cablecc-Express-Switch-Multiplier-Splitter/dp/B073QNW3L9/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=pericom+pci-e+x1&qid=1574424435&sr=8-1

Ok but they have a graphics card in it aswell so that will be using the only pcie 16 slot available but nice to hear your opinion thank you!

USB 3 is impossible 4 channel capture cards don't exist on usb yet but thank you for your thoughts.

This is called PCIe bifurcation, I think mostly Asrock boards support it.
