what is the most stable overclock?

i want to overclock my cpu and ram can someone help me with the most stable overclock for my system?

 

Specs:

Motherboard: ASUS TUF B450-plus gaming

CPU: AMD ryzen 7 2700x

Ram: 16GB Adata spectrix d80

CPU cooler: AMD Wraith prism

PSU: Gamdias KRATOS P1-650G

That's no overclock. Enable PBO and lower voltage with vcore offset :) What model is your memory. Could you post the P/N
