Small mini-itx case with good enough thermals for Ryzen 3950x

Hey guys, I am building a creator workstation which uses the following components:

* Ryzen 3950x

* Asrock x570 Phantom Gaming Mini-itx motherboard

* Rtx 2080 super

I first considered the NZXT h210i for its good thermals, but since I am using a mini-itx motherboard I thought it might be really handy to have something smaller that I can carry easily. Do you guys have a suggestion for a small case that can cool a 3950x with preferably a 280mm, but optionally 240mm AIO?

Sliger Cerberus. Even has an option for a handle. It's pricey coming in at ~$250 USD but I've also heard they will have a black friday sale.

I have my 9700k and a 2080 super in the streacom da2. I'm in love with the case, and it can fit a 280mm aio. I got it off of a website called coolerguys because it was cheaper than newegg.
