Asus Gtx 970 (3 Year used) Vs Gigabyte 1650 Gaming OC ( New )

I've got 2 Options 

STRIXGTX970DC2OC4GD5 from Asus [used for 3 years , out of warranty]  

Gigabyte 1650 Gaming OC 4 GB [New]

 

Which one should I choose .. if Both Cost the same ?

i would go with the gtx 1650 if it came with a warranty. do you know who originally used the 970?

The 970 is slightly better,but you can overclock the 1650 to surpass the 970.

And for the old 970 there is higher chance of failure due to age.
