Asus Prime-H310 not working with Armoury Crate

Hi,

I bought a new PC with an Asus Prime-H310-Plus motherboard / I7 9700f and after installing Armoury Crate from Asus I cannot see the Info tab in the app. It detects the motherboard for Aura Sync purposes, but it does not show me the tab where I can see CPU and fan details. I want to be able to control my chasis and CPU fans from Windows and I assumed this app will do it.

Is this normal? How can I enable it to work with my motherboard?
