Amd ryzen 3700x edc PPT problem

Hey there. I just flip to amd and i have a problem with 3700x amd... I do not made overclocking but i see The amd working from 3700 MHz to 4100-4200. Why îs that and how i stop this? All settings ther are by default. Thanks

Why would you want to stop the cpu frequency from boosting up? The chips are made to do this to achieve it single core performance.
