Asus x550vx touchpad won't work

Hello, i'm posting here because i tried a lot of things and i don t know what to do anymore, so i had a fresh install of windows 10 and a hdd in a caddy support a month ago, 5 days ago i started my laptop and the touchpad work for 2-3 minutes then get blocked and also blocked my keyboard so first i check to see if the connection from the touchpad and keypad to the motherboard were good (i traveled with the train and it has a lot of trepidation), after that i tried to re install ATK & Asus Smart Gesture drivers but it only made my keyboard work, after that i tried to play with the regedit, set the bios to the default, i check for windows updates and drivers and i checked to see if the touchpad is enabled(FN+F7). So yeah i don't know what to try anymore, when i open the laptop the touchpad is hidden in device manager, and when i see it shows me  that the touchpad has an error: (This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)), i hope someone can help me.
