i7 9700k high usage behaviour

Hello, 

 

2 months ago i built my first pc and i have many problems. First of all, my ram isnt able to run with xmp enabled. I also got another one, but that didnt fix the problem. Now i see that my cpu usage is way too high. In rdr2 i have about 30% more cpu usage than other people with the same cpu. Does anyone of you know what the problem could be? Thanks for any answer

CPU: i7 9700k

RAM: 32GB CL16 Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200MHz (running at 3000)

PSU: beQuiet Staright Power 11 750W

Motherboard: MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon

CPU Cooler: beQuiet Dark Rock Slim

SSD: Crucial P1 500GB

HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB

Fans: 4x Corsair LL120

More Information would be nice. Altthough you should run the usual benchmarks to give some numbers.
