I have posted about this in the past and have changed want I am getting but I am stuck on deciding what graphics card I will get. here is the previous post 

This is what I have decided on I am going to purchasing it from the Parkville MD Microcenter on Black Friday except for the Mobo.

As for the GPU I have two options the GTX 1660 super vs RTX 2060

The 2060 is definitely more expensive but I am wondering what is the best option with the CPU I chose.

I have two 1080p 60hz monitors and plan to get something with higher refresh rate in the future. I will mainly be gaming with it playing games such as Cities Skylines, Apex Legends and Just Cause 4. I will also be doing video work with both 4k and 1080p video.
