Searching for projector, TV or Monitor

I am looking for a projector first or if it does exist a TV/ Monitor with these specs :

- minimum 80 inches diagonal display\

- Resolution of minimum 1080p

- is visible clear as day in a greatly lit environment (not exterior tough)

- extremely low latency

-  If it's a projector the distance in cable length to the PC's will be around 25-30 feet

- no need for sound support, just display

 

Right now my setup is a TV, a Vizio M65-D0, a 65" (too small) @ 2160p with max 240hz. There is WAY to much input lag and latency that it's unusable for the workload it is used for anymore. It was super nice when it was only used to conference call with dozen of people but now it's mostly used for 3D cad and software presentation that it's is unbearable to everyone. Brightness is not so bad but the room is very well lit and i doubt it output more than 300nits. Still it's rated at 70-80 ms response time at just 1080p.

 

The screen is to small especially for people sitting at over 20 feet from the screen that's why i am now looking for 100" and more diagonal. From the top of the table my clearance is 9 feet high, and 20 feet wide (13 feet ceilings) so 263 inch diagonal space. i have 8.5 feet high office doors access to the room from outside to that room. Anyhow i mention dimensions because if the solution is a TV the size is important. What i am thinking is the solution is probably more toward a projector.

 

Budget : no limit

1) Projectors tend not to work well in high lit rooms. So you can scratch that off the list. 

2) TV's in general have higher input lag. Not much you can do. I can tell you from working in retail that an 80" @ 1080p will look like SHIT. 

3) I dont think I have seen a computer monitor that big.
