should I go for x470 aorus gaming 5 or gaming 7?

I have a ryzen 5 3600 processor and the gaming 5 is $40 - $60 cheaper in my country
dont worry about the ultra gaming, it has almost the same price as the gaming 5 in my country

how much are you roughly spending on a board?

i want a board that can last for years
and in my country php50 = 1 usd
the gaming 5 is like 9k php (<$170) and the gaming 7 is around 12k php (<$240) but it's not a big deal since i already have everything except the board

would look at the MSI x570 Unity if that is avavible for about 240$. 

 

otherwise get the Gaming 7.

iirc those are worse. and pretty poor boards at that. 

 

x570 Auros Elite, Auros Pro are around 200$ and good. 

same with the TUF Gaming Plus from MSI. 

 

and if you are lucky, there is a sale on a X570 Taichi. (usully 300$). the MSI Unity board is also about 260$ i believe.
