Well, as you know, there's boxed versions and tray versions of CPUs, boxed versions coming with a cooler and tray version without a cooler. The website that I'm currently looking at, the tray version costs 194€ and the boxed version costs 195€. That's only 1€ for a CPU cooler (And a shiny sticker, yay!)

The cooler is fine for stock speeds, but will be a bit louder and not super cool.

You won't increase performance much with a beefier aftermarket cooler, only by a little bit
